Towner Offsite is pleased to present Impossible Changeling, a new artwork by artist Caroline Wright. Taking notions of transformation and change as its central issues, the work will invite the public to examine their responses to familiar and found objects. The idea for the artwork was prompted by the transferal of collection artworks from the Old Towner Gallery to its new home, due to open autumn 2008.

Towner Offsite is pleased to present ARTDNA, a new work by artist Sally Sheinman. Situated in a busy public space, ARTDNA is a large green booth which invites members of the public to enter and interact. The space has been created so that individuals can share facts and details about their family history; viewers are asked to participate by simply writing any fact about their family on one of the spaces provided. Interaction and participation are central to Sheinman's work.
SET DANCE (past project)

Towner Offsite is pleased to present a new installation by artist Helen Maurer. Set Dance has been made in response to the Winter Garden, drawing on the varying activities that have taken place there. From its original use as both a roller-skating rink and a winter garden it has gone on to host dances; flower shows; conferences and theatrical productions.

Wish Tower Slope, Eastbourne
David Kefford created a site-specific sculpture on the Wish Tower slope during Airbourne, Eastbourne’s International Air Show, 14 -17 August. The sculpture utilised and re-used recycled materials from on and off-site to create an innovative representation for Airbourne.
